Since the end of the 90s his illustrations have been requested by the main publications. His best known work is perhaps his characters in the supplement LA LUNA, a hallmark of the newspaper EL MUNDO for years.
She collaborates in magazines such as VANITY FAIR, THE NEWYORKER, VOGUE, HARPER'S BAZAAR, TELVA, ROLLING STONE, WOMAN, TELVA, MARIE CLAIRE, ESQUIRE or VANIDAD. He illustrated in Europe and the USA and was awarded a gold medal, two silver medals and several mentions in the International Awards of the SND (Society for News Design-USA). His work is mentioned in the prestigious English publication "BASELINE".
In 2005 he published and designed his first book, "RETRATOS". A selection of characters from film, music or fashion portrayed by the author. "RETRATOS" receives the "DANIEL GIL NATIONAL EDITORIAL DESIGN AWARD" in 2006 and the "AEPD NATIONAL AWARD" for the best illustration book in 2007.
In the autumn of 2007 she published and designed "BIS", a new and personal book of erotic illustrations in which the collection "CHERCHEZ LA FEMME" is inspired. PORTRAITS AND ENCORE are sold in bookstores and lifestyle stores all over the world: London, Paris, Berlin, Geneva, Tokyo, New York, Singapore, Milan, etc. Both books have been dedicated to publications such as Vogue, Elle, Elle Italia, Neo2, Yo Dona, Woman, Glamour, In Style, Mundo Magazine... Its illustrations serve as a presentation for the new TV channel CUATRO. He directs and designs two animated presentation films for this channel.
Her illustrations have been part of the collections of CUSTO BARCELONA since 2006. Together with Custo Barcelona, he designs and decorates the MTV aircraft, as well as the ferries of the Barcelona-Ibiza line. It is included in TASCHEN first compilation "ILUTRATION NOW", as well as in the first compilation "PORTRAITS". In 2014 he was included in the TASCHEN "100 ILLUSTRATORS" compilation where the Publisher makes a definitive selection of the 100 best active illustrators in the world.
His collection of illustrations "CHERCHEZ LA FEMME" has several exhibitions in Madrid and in 2014 he participates in the exhibition "3de100" of TASCHEN together with Carmen G. Huerta and David Despau. In 2015 he published and designed PORTRAITS, a new book of almost 200pg with new characters published in magazines such as Vanity Fair or The New Yorker. It is published in three languages and distributed worldwide. Her illustrations are part of campaigns for brands such as Carolina Herrera, RayBan, Shiseido, Loreal, Deux ex Machina or Madrid City Council.
