The hat has generally been associated with status, elegance, and even creative expression and extravagance.
Beyond its primary function of protecting from the sun, wearing a hat could be translated as the affirmation of an aesthetic attitude, especially among artists and writers.

I was born in the Vall d'Aran.
I graduated in Fine Arts in the city of Barcelona and later moved to Madrid, where I have lived for more than 10 years.
I am currently an illustrator in a project called Recor(d)tables, a tribute to great figures of popular music such as Alaska, David Bowie or Bjork, made with great love and in an educational and fun way.
I have also worked in the museum stores, sector such as Caixa Forum or Fundación Maphre, among others for a long time.
