All 180thread works are signed and numbered by the author of the work himself
What are their dimensions?
Each work has its dimensions specified in the description sheet, they are usually standard stockings that facilitate their framing, although if you have any questions always contact us.
What is the price of the work?
It is always accompanied in the work's file, this price may vary depending on promotions or discounts. in the image of the work. 180hilos reserves the right to modify the prices of the works it publishes and publishes.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Normally, depending on the work and its destination, it usually takes 4 to 9 working days, but in exceptional cases, it can take up to a maximum of 25 days.
If during the shipping period you do not receive your order, 180hilos will make the corresponding claim to Correos de España and the customer will be informed at all times, but in no case will 180hilos send the order back to the customer, until the situation is resolved.
Regardless of the day the order is placed, all shipments are grouped together to establish a fixed day of departure or shipment, avoiding as far as possible, that the shipment is stored in weekend periods.
In any case, and upon request, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you have your delivery under control at all times.
In exceptional cases that correspond to the reservation of new construction, a period is established that can range up to 15 or 20 working days from the date indicated in the illustration itself for its departure.
Shipments are always made by registered mail to verify the correct delivery to the right person. In exceptional cases we can make shipments in 24 hours throughout the peninsula with an additional cost of € 19 by the customer and depending on the dates such as Christmas that the saturation in parcels is very high, we cannot guarantee it 100%.

If my work is damaged, what can I do?
Within a period of no more than 24 hours, contact 180hilos and send us by email a photograph of the state of the work with the packaging that contained it. After 24 hours, no claims will be accepted.
In the event that a return is agreed, the client will send the work in the same packaging (if it is in use) and will use the same transport service, i.e. by registered mail.
180hilos is not responsible for a return that has not been sent by certified mail.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Can I return a work?
We are very sorry but we do not accept returns once the work is delivered, but if you wish you can always contact us for this or any incident.
If I regret the purchase once it has been paid for and without having received it, will I get my money back?
In the case where it is immediately there is no problem, we all make mistakes; In such a case, please call or write to us immediately. If the work has already been sent, unfortunately we will not be able to refund the amount. However, always contact us for any incident.
Can I buy from outside Spain?
Of course, we have selected the shipping amount according to the geographical area.
