The user is responsible for the veracity of the data provided during the online purchase process. Scope and availability
To make purchases on the Website, it is necessary that the address of receipt of the package and the billing address are located in Spanish territory.
There may be a limit to the number of available units of reproductions that are marketed through the Website. If this circumstance occurs before finalizing the order, you will be immediately informed and prevented from completing the purchase process. In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be informed by email or telephone of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Price and payment

The prices reflected for each product do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other service in addition to the product or service purchased, unless expressly stated otherwise. Any of these additional expenses that may apply will be communicated to the user before formalizing the purchase.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the Website and automatically applied by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The user assumes that the economic valuation of some of the products offered may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be communicated prior to the formalisation of the sale.
The user is obliged to pay at the time of placing the order.
All payments will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the user. The invoice can be consulted and downloaded at any time in your private customer area or you can request it by email. All invoices include only the amounts of each of the purchases of works of art.
All prices do not include frames or other exhibition elements, they only refer to works published in silkscreen, digital print, photography or other type of reproduction on paper.
Order Fulfillment

Delivery time and place
180hilos.com will deliver orders to the address indicated by the user in the corresponding form. If you want the order to be delivered to an address other than the one indicated on the form, you must expressly indicate this in the section provided for this purpose.
180hilos.com for all orders in 30x40 cm and 21x30 cm format are delivered to the customer with a sealed rigid cardboard envelope and inside you will find your purchase protected.
180hilos.com assumes no liability if orders are not delivered to the person or address indicated by the user in the "delivery address" as a result of the data provided by the user being erroneous, false, inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for reasons attributable to the user.
180hilos.com it will take all necessary measures to ensure that the delivery can be made within the agreed period. 180hilos.com is considered the confirmation of payment, by any of the systems that are enabled, a necessary condition to be able to maintain delivery times. However, the deadlines indicated to the user are an estimate and may vary due to logistical or force majeure reasons. In case of delays, it will be reported in a timely manner.

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 15 days and up to a maximum of 25 days in exceptional cases.
180hilos.com is not responsible in the event of a delivery in which the address is incorrect on the part of the buyer or at the time when it is established that the order has already been delivered to its destination.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery of your order, you may receive a notice in your mailbox from Correos, informing you of the nearest post office where you can pick it up. Remember that you may need to bring your ID and sign to be able to pick it up, or authorize another pardon to pick it up on your behalf.
In the event that your order remains in the office, it will be a maximum of 15 days for you to collect it, if you do not receive the notice you can also pick it up with the tracking number that we will provide you if you request it by email. After 15 days, the shipment will be returned to 180hilos.com if you do not pick it up before office. If the customer requests their shipment again, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which 180hilos.com or the transport company Correos makes the order available to the user and this fact is recorded with the registration of the tracking number. In this case , 180hilos.com has no responsibility whatsoever as it understands that the delivery has been made.
In the event that the delivery of your order is rejected at the destination address and it is returned to origin, the customer must provide a new delivery address, a telephone number and a contact person, in addition the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping and packaging costs.

Covid-19 Measures

Status of delivery of purchased products
The products offered by 180hilos.com are reproductions in screen printing, digital print and photography in limited series, signed and numbered, of original graphic work by illustrators. On the Website these are offered by means of photographic reproductions of the originals, which you will subsequently receive. 180hilos.com is not responsible for any differences in colour, tone or brightness that may be observed between the photographic reproduction hosted on the Website and the product purchased, since the photographic reproduction on our website cannot capture all the nuances of the reproductions on paper.
Returnis
Purchased products cannot be returned to 180hilos.com. For such a procedure, please contact us by email explaining the reasons for your return, you have a maximum period of 7 days from the date of your delivery.
Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the costs related to shipping will be borne by the customer. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, the 180hilos.com will also refund the corresponding shipping costs.
Once the purchase has been made and before shipping, refunds will not be accepted due to cancellation of the purchase or for other reasons beyond 180hilos.
Promotions and offers
Sale or discount items with an expiry date will return to their original price after this period has expired.
All promotions and offers or discount coupons are valid from the day they are announced (included) until the day they end (not included).

If my work is damaged, what can I do?
180hilos is not responsible for any damage that the shipping packaging and its contents may have due to misuse in the course of transport until delivery to the customer, all national shipments are made by mail through the company "Correos España"
In the event that an incident occurs with your order during shipping, please contact 180hilos within 24 hours of receipt of your order (after this period there is no reason for complaint) and send us by email a photograph or several to consider the state of the work with the outer packaging that contained it so that we can evaluate what happened
In the event that a return is agreed to exchange it for another identical work, the customer will send the work in the same packaging, if it is in use or in a new packaging and will use the same transport service at the expense of the return costs.
Once the damaged work reaches 180hilos, another identical one will be sent (if available) or a refund of the purchase amount will be made in the case of not having another identical work available. The costs of the new shipment are borne by 180hilos.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
In the event that the work is out of print and cannot be replaced by another of the same kind, the client may return the work and will be paid the same amount for which the work was purchased, except for shipping costs. No refunds of any amount are accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the shipment.
Other cases:
In the event that you receive an incomplete or missing order, IMPORTANT: check before receiving your order that the envelope containing the order is not handled or opened. For 9 years we have guaranteed the sending of all our works by mail in a rigid cardboard envelope to prevent folds and/or theft by means of an inviolable closure. In the event of receiving an envelope that looks doubtful, with the appearance of having been tampered with, NEVER accept a package or envelope that looks that way, take a photograph and do not accept it!. This package will return to 180hilos and the case can be evaluated directly. If you have accepted the shipment after seeing that the package has been handled or opened, you must claim from the company that made the shipment since 180hilos declines all responsibility in such a case.
