Aurora Rumí

Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Granada, she completed her training at De Montfort University, Leicester and at the Escola Massana, Barcelona.
Until 2009 he dedicated himself fully to painting and held exhibitions outside and inside Spain, highlighting Almeria, Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. A character eager for new experiences makes his work restless between trends (collage, mural painting, photography...). Later he will combine painting with graphic design and illustration techniques. In search of a more simplified stroke, he went from the hyper-realistic painting of his Playa series to monochromatic ink drawing and founded New Inks on the Block in 2010, a brand focused on interior decoration and textile design.

She currently works as an illustrator, combines pencil with graphic palette, and her work synthesizes the agility and speed of drawing with more mature and pictorial finishes.
