In the Prairie of San Isidro, tradition and modernity converge: the family audience enjoys the fair, on the grass is improvised a bumpy picnic, a reggaetonero dances the chotis with a chulapa, while his chulapo makes break dance and a goyesco dance merges with twerking to the rhythm of jazz ... everything has a place in the verbena of Madrid.
Verberity begins with a hand-drawn composition, loaded with characters that fit into a perfect mosaic and elements to discover in many glances. Daniel Montero Galán, then colors it in digital, like an explosion of life and celebration.

"When inspiration strikes, let it find me idle so I can attend to it
as it deserves."
Daniel Montero Galán was born prematurely, at the tender age of zero. His head was always full of birds. As he grew older, they multiplied, and all sorts of creatures joined them, creating a great cacophony of squawks, grunts, and shrieks, so he decided to transfer them to paper to quiet them down.
He maintains a pact with his drawings: they live thanks to him, and he lives off them. Because of this symbiosis, more than twenty illustrated books stand as proof that his calling is to live by his stories.
Self-taught illustrator, witty and whimsical thinker, expert in Zoology, sleepless dreamer, compulsive creator. He plays with everything within reach of his hand or mouth.
Day after day, and sometimes a night, she continues to refine spiral and rectangular shapes to stay sharp without losing her form. Watercolor competes with markers for the leading role on her paper.
